Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
